Refund Method

• Mobile Money refunds: Sent directly to your number.

• Other methods: Refunded via the original payment method or issued as store credit upon request.

Non-Refundable Items

• Clearance or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

• Custom or special-order sneakers cannot be refunded once confirmed.
